Innovation Platform in Micro and Nano-Technologies
The PIMENT platform offers a complete set of state-of-the-art and high-performance equipment, making it possible to develop research from fundamental quantum physics to advanced integrated devices or micro-nanosystems. The platform is organized into four main poles corresponding to key technologies: lithography, deposition, etching and measurement and control. Its staff supports the development of processes necessary for laboratory research activities.
The PIMENT platform, like the rest of the Technological Facilities, is part of RENATECH, the French network of high-end facilities in the field of micro & nanotechnology coordinated by CNRS.
